Pulled Pork Hash
This one was super easy too. took about 20 minutes and we had a delicious breakfast.
Cook tots as directed but go a little long so they are nice and crispy
Chop pulled pork and fry in pan
Chop tots and add to pan
Shred Brussels and add to pan
Top with poached eggs (my poached egg game is not on point so look that up hehehe)
This was with our pulled pork. It took about 20 minutes to prepare and was super easy as the meat was already ready already.
Pulled Pork Stir Fry Noodles (gluten free)
-About a pound of our pulled pork
-Soaked angle hair rice noodles
-Package of cauliflower hash (produce section at Ralphs)
-One onion sliced thin
--- Tamari soy sauce
Dash of fish sauce
Soak noodles as directed on package (15 minutes)
Hot pan saute pork til slightly crispy, remove from pan
Saute onions 5 minutes, remove from pan
Saute hash, remove from pan
Add sesame oil to pan and toss soaked and drained noodles
Add sauce and toss
Add all other ingredients
I topped it with some roasted garlic sauce and some sriracha. Was just one of the many ways I use my leftover pulled pork.
